I was born and raised in Montana. For several years, I ranched in White Sulphur Springs with my husband. I understand “pull yourself up by the bootstraps” Montana values. I also understand people often feel they must go it alone for fear they will be viewed as weak if they seek help. I believe the bravest thing you can do is ask for help when you need it!
Engaging in the therapeutic process is courageous and empowering. Building a foundation of trust and creating a safe space is paramount. From there, we collaborate on large and small changes to your life. I believe all the tools you need lie within you, and I will be a supportive guide as you move through where you feel “stuck” and onward to who and where you want to be in life.
My approach is influenced by a variety of modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Experiential, Attachment-Based, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, but will ultimately be tailored to your specific needs.
Though each person’s experience in therapy is different, I will consistently provide you with professional services in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. I would be honored to be a supportive guide on your journey to the life you want to live. Contact me today and let’s get started!
